Ecostal Group acquires Yomatec to strengthen its presence in France

The acquisition of Yomatec marks a new stage in the Ecostal Group’s European expansion strategy. Already present in France since 2022 through its subsidiary based in Béziers, the group wishes to strengthen its national presence by establishing itself in the Île-de-France region.

This geographical expansion will enable Ecostal to be even closer to solar energy professionals and to provide added value thanks to a strengthened regional network.

Ecostal Group emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition, highlighting the complementary nature of the two companies’ offerings and the improved customer proximity provided by Yomatec’s presence in the Paris region.

For Stéphane Dauvister, founder and chairman of the board of directors, the Ecostal Group’s objective is clear: to become a European leader in photovoltaic distribution.
