Project Zero officially joins the Ecostal Group

Ecostal Group and Jan Cieters announce the conclusion of an agreement whereby Ecostal acquires 100% of Project Zero. Project Zero is a leading B2B distributor of photovoltaic installation equipment in Dutch-speaking Belgium.

A new presence in Flandres

This acquisition marks a major step in the Ecostal Group’s European expansion strategy. The goal is to build a strong, unified group capable of responding to the challenges of the sector and delivering maximum value to solar energy professionals.

Thanks to this operation, Ecostal is strengthening its ability to serve installers throughout Belgium. The networks of the two entities are complementary, and Project Zero’s strong presence in Flanders will contribute to the creation of a leading group on the Belgian market.
