A Winning Duo at the Head of ECOSTAL Group

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce today a major evolution in the governance of ECOSTAL GROUP : the appointment of our Co-CEO

Stéphane DAUVISTER and Loïc Marie PEQUIGNOT

Stéphane DAUVISTER is returning to lead the Group he himself founded. A successful entrepreneur, he notably created and developed DAUVISTER SA before its sale to EDF Luminus. His return to operational leadership marks an important milestone in the history of the Group.

Loïc Marie PEQUIGNOT is a European entrepreneur and a specialist in business transformation. He has supported the redeployment of numerous IT and telecom services groups across Europe, including PRAMAC and BUGBUSTERS (which became the ONEFIELD Group), as well as players in the energy sector, including ZEBORNE, now the number one provider in France and Belgium for the installation of AC and DC charging stations.

This shared governance is based on complementary areas of responsibility:

• Stéphane DAUVISTER will oversee Technology and Strategy, with the objective of anticipating market developments and strengthening our positioning in the solutions of tomorrow.
• Loïc Marie PEQUIGNOT will be responsible for Transformation and Operations; areas of development focused on support, growth, and the client & professional partner experience in the renewable energy sector.

In 2026, ECOSTAL Group is accelerating the rollout of innovative offerings for its professional clients in the energy transition by investing in digitalization (Software Solutions and EMS) and expert offerings (BESS, EV CHARGING) as well as Turnkey solutions through its subsidiary SIGUESOL (ENERGY HUB & ONE MEGA).

We are confident that this new collective momentum will reinforce our position as a leading European distributor and allow us to fully seize the growth opportunities ahead.
